Linda Seabrook
General Counsel & Director of Workplace Safety & Equity
Linda leads a number of initiatives for FUTURES, including Workplaces Respond to Domestic and Sexual Violence: A National Resource Center (Workplaces Respond). She was the subject matter expert for the U.S. Department of Justice on victims’ rights, and prior to that, worked for a number of years at a national labor & employment law firm handling employment discrimination and sexual harassment cases, as well as occupational safety and health matters. Linda received her BA from the University of Virginia and obtained her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
