Join FUTURES’  Workplaces Respond and The National Health Resource on Domestic Violence for a webinar that explores the impacts of gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) on healthcare workers and highlights the critical need for effective workplace programs and policies to address GBVH in healthcare settings. This webinar will provide participants with a deeper understanding of how violence and harassment affect healthcare workers across diverse healthcare settings and key considerations for creating a comprehensive workplace program that prioritizes safety.  

During the session, a survivor of GBVH will also share their perspectives on addressing GBVH in healthcare settings, offering valuable insights into the realities of workers experiences and how to respond effectively. Healthcare administrators, HR professionals, and healthcare workers interested in fostering safe workplaces are highly encouraged to join.

Learning objectives: 

As a result of this webinar, participants will be better able to:

  • Articulate the ways in which gender-based violence and harassment impacts workers in healthcare settings.
