Participants will also use a self-assessment tool to identify strengths and areas for improvement in personal well-being, job performance, coworker engagement, and supervisory relationships.

- Advocate for necessary resources and training to succeed in your role and enhance services to the community.
- Identify communication approaches for engaging or renewing relationships with supervisors, managers, and peers.
- Explore strategies to support both personal and collective well-being within your workplace.
- Utilize a self-assessment tool to identify personal strengths and areas for improvement in well-being and job performance.
