Suzannah Rogan
Senior Training and Technical Assistance Specialist on the Workplace and Economic Justice Team
Suzannah Rogan [she/her] serves as a Senior Training and Technical Assistance Specialist on the Workplace and Economic Justice Team. Prior to joining FUTURES, Suzannah established and directed the Campus Advocacy, Prevention, and Education (CAPE) Project at Doane University, served as the inaugural Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist at Doane, and contributed to Columbia University Sexual Violence Response as a Prevention Coordinator. Suzannah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Drama from Seattle University and a Master of Science in Gender, Media and Culture from the Gender Institute at the London School of Economics and Political Science where she focused on the use of violence and other forms of power in masculinity construction and identity formation. She has a background in content and curriculum development, leadership and team development, community engagement and organizing, and utilizing anti-oppressive frameworks and theories of change to create sustainable culturally responsive impact. Outside of work, you can find her hiking with her partner (Jason) and their dog (Tilden), baking (cake mostly), or reading (recommendations welcome).
